Ich bin Sprachwissenschaftlerin und arbeite derzeit als wissenschaftliche Mitarbeiterin im Akademienvorhaben Middle Low German Grammar in Hamburg under the direction of Chris Biemann, Sarah Ihden and Ingrid Schröder.
I am also writing my doctoral thesis, which I started as part of the DFG project Future Constructions in German – synchronically and diachronically. at the Heinrich-Heine-University in Düsseldorf. I examine the (synchronous) variation of werden + Infinitiv and the futurate present in German, as well as their interaction with other constructions in the semantic field of 'future'. I use texts from the DWDS' Corona Corpus.
